Talluto's Marinated Mozzarella Balls

We make our own fresh mozzarella cheese by hand every day. These little bite-sized knots are marinated in olive oil that is seasoned with garlic, crushed red pepper, basil, oregano, and lots of love. We fondly call these little knots bocconcini or bacini, which loosely translates to "little kisses".
